Senior Spatial Consultant Role

About Us

We are a leading provider of spatial solutions, combining national strength with local knowledge and expertise. Our team consists of over 500 professionals working across Australia from 17 office locations.

To achieve our goals, we focus on simplifying the delivery of the data value-chain from capture through to insight. Our spatial capability captures the real world to produce 3D data and models, while our digital capability uses analytics to convert the 3D data into knowledge and insights.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering consulting services across New South Wales, focused on innovation, building and mentoring a talented team, growing and managing our valued client base and overseeing the delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an effective forward pipeline of work and create opportunities to win new business with key clients
  • Proactively identify, pursue and deliver opportunities in data and services
  • Establish and manage the mentoring, training and development of the data and services team across NSW
  • Comply with policies and procedures and report on the performance of the HSEQ management system
  • Oversee and manage the pricing, timeframes and delivery of data and services projects
  • Manage the financial performance for the data and services section in NSW
  • Support national collaboration to drive an effective strategy at the national level
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities. A background in spatial consulting and project delivery is essential.

You should be a collaborative team player who values inclusiveness and diversity, with experience in managing, mentoring and growing technical teams.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in financial management and a proactive approach to seeking out future technologies and solutions.
