About the role

As a Pick Packer at Childcare Cleaning Supplies', you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in our Sunshine West, Victoria facility, where you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching orders to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders from our inventory of cleaning supplies and products
  • Handling and moving stock using various equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling, sealing, and loading onto delivery vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory counts as required
  • Providing excellent customer service and attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a pick packing or order fulfillment role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
  • Proficient in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
