About us

CAASie is a software platform that allows businesses to access digital billboards and other out-of-home screens.

We are seeking a Lead Developer with a extensive experience with the following tech stack:

  • React
  • NodeJS
  • MongoDB
  • AWS

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical leadership and strategic direction to the development team
  • Designing, developing and deploying scalable and maintainable software applications
  • Ensuring the delivery of new features and enhancements that meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
  • Mentoring and supporting junior developers to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Participating in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (6+ years) as a software developer, with a proven track record of leading successful projects
  • Deep expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks and development best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferrable
