Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time, Onsite Advisor & Administrative Support team member to join our Melbourne centre. This role combines student advising with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth running of the centre. You will be one of the first points of contact for students, supporting them in their ADC journey, while also helping maintain the centre's daily operations. Flexibility is essential, as the role may occasionally require after-hours or weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Student Advising & Support
- Advise potential candidates on their ADC pathway and guide them toward suitable Prep Doctors courses.
- Provide ongoing support to current students, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Actively promote courses to prospective students and assist with sales follow-ups.
- Collect student feedback, reviews, and set up surveys to continuously improve services.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Handle enrollment processing, student records, scheduling, and calendar bookings.
- Follow up on invoices, payments, and support financial auditing.
- Communicate with instructors to coordinate availability and scheduling.
- Support course sales by clearly communicating the value and benefits of our programs.
Centre Operations
- Open and prepare the centre for daily activities.
- Set up lecture rooms and labs prior to classes.
- Clean and maintain manikins and ensure the overall cleanliness of the training centre.
- Monitor stock and inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
- Create a welcoming, professional environment for students and visitors.
Requirements
- Qualified dentist with successful completion of ADC Part 1 and familiarity with ADC Part 2.
- Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A "go-getter" attitude with flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.
