Your Day-to-Day:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance, testing, and repairs on cranes, hoists, and lifting systems
  • Diagnose faults in power and control circuits—sometimes under pressure, always with safety first
  • Ensure every job meets strict safety and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with engineers and project leads to deliver seamless service for our clients
  • Keep accurate, electronic records of your work and findings
  • Bring fresh ideas to help us improve our processes and service

What We're Looking For:

  • Current WA Electrical Licence (A Grade)
  • Hands-on experience as an industrial or service electrician—crane/hoist experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and reading technical drawings
  • Attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A safety-first approach and pride in quality workmanship
  • Comfortable working both solo and as part of a project team
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping
  • Legal right to work in Australia, and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
