The Role

We're on the hunt for reliable and hands-on Casual Food Process Operators to join our production crew in Osborne Park. You'll be part of our fast-moving production line performing a range of duties including machine operation, production, routine cleaning, visual quality checks, packing finished products and helping to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing areas.

The Person

Got food manufacturing experience? Great If not, no worries — we're mainly looking for reliable, motivated people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll need to:

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be physically fit
  • Be safety-conscious and switched on
  • Have a positive attitude and work well in a team
  • Be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Be flexible to work 8 hours per day (or more if required) between Monday to Friday, including morning, afternoon and night shifts
  • Have basic numeracy and English literacy skills, as these are essential for the job.
