Are you an experienced Site Manager who thrives on complex refurbishments?

We're a long-established, family-run fit-out and refurbishment company known for delivering technically challenging projects for leading commercial, hospitality, medical and industrial clients. We're looking for a Senior Site Manager who knows how to lead from the front — someone who can run the site, push the program, manage relationships, and keep quality and safety tight.

What You'll Work On

  • Run the site day-to-day and drive delivery from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet quality, safety, and program milestones
  • Oversee complex works including concrete slab penetrations, lift and escalator installations, and structural steel upgrades
  • Solve buildability issues on the fly and keep works moving efficiently
  • Build trust with clients through clear communication and consistent results
  • Maintain site documentation and reporting to a high standard
  • Lead, mentor, and support site teams to achieve the best outcomes

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Proven experience managing structural refurbishments in live commercial or hospitality environments is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain control of program and safety
  • Deep understanding of structural trades including formwork, concrete, and steel
  • Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Hands-on problem solver with a focus on buildability and quality
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project (preferred)
  • Relevant trade qualification or Construction Management degree (preferred)
