We are seeking a full time Site Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of our fitout projects – the
TRUE way

Role Description

As a Site Manager, you will oversee and manage the build of commercial fitout projects from start to finish. You'll play a vital role in
programme management, quality assurance, safety, communication, and subcontractor relationships
to ensure projects are delivered defect-free, on time, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the programme of works, ensuring zero slippage.
  • Weekly onsite meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing scope and quality to meet client and design briefs.
  • Conducting daily site inspections and ensuring
    defect-free handovers
    .
  • Enforcing a
    zero-incident safety culture
    with daily safety administration.
  • Maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the internal delivery team.

About You

Essential skills and experience:

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in
    Site Management within the fitout industry
    .
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – warm, engaging, and professional.
  • Proven ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated accountability, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong safety focus, with hands-on experience in site safety management tools (e.g., Hammertech, Procore).
