  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Early Shift 6.00 am - 2.pm 
  • Afternoon Shift 2 pm pm  

Join Huon Aquaculture and play a key role in producing the premium salmon Australians love.

As a Line Leader, you'll guide and motivate a team of Process Operators to hit production targets, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep every shift running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Support and coach your team to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain a safe, positive and efficient work environment
  • Keep quality and hygiene standards at the highest level
  • Step in where needed, adapt quickly, and lead by example
  • Champion continuous improvement in safety, productivity and performance

  • Experience in food or processing environments (preferred)
  • Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
