Lead Clinical Educator

This is a senior clinical nursing position focused on providing education and training to healthcare professionals across various disciplines.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical education, conducting workshops, and mentoring nurses to ensure competence in administering aesthetic treatments.

This role involves:

  1. Developing and implementing clinical training plans for local regions.
  2. Providing clinical education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective administration of products.
  3. Leading state-based programs, forums, and workshops with doctors to share knowledge and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care, and evaluation during clinical training sessions.
