About the Opportunity

Beaumont Care Clontarf is a modern residential aged care service located on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Our 48-bed residential aged care service supports residents with a variety of care needs from aging in place to specialised dementia support.

We are currently seeking an AHPRA registered Registered Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Nurse, on a permanent full-time basis. This role is 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, with a one-in-nine pattern of on-call support to our aged care sites. This role is supported by a strong team of RN's, ENs and care staff.

In this key role, you will lead the provision of quality resident care and services, working closely with local doctors, allied health professionals, and families/ representatives, while consulting with residents to achieve the best care outcomes for all.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Prior experience as an RN in an Aged Care environment
  • Prior experience as a CN is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening card, or willingness to obtain before commencement
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module before commencement
  • Keen eye for details, with accurate record keeping and documentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused approach to quality, improvements and feedback
