The Role and The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is passionate about their craft and committed to building strong patient relationships.

The Position:

• Full-Time Hours: This position is for 4 days a week, including Friday and Saturday.
• Flexible Start: We offer flexible arrangements to ensure a smooth transition, ideally beginning mid-November to replace a relocating associate.

You Will Have:

• Strong Clinical Skills: Proficiency across all aspects of general dentistry.
• Experience Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of general dentistry experience
• Excellent Communication and Chairside Manner: The ability to build immediate rapport and trust with patients and clearly explain treatment plans.
• A Patient-First Attitude: A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and ethical dental care.
