Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Data Interpretation and Insight Generation:
Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Research and Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data collection and analysis.
Recommend and implement solutions to enhance data-related processes.
- Adherence to Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data. Adherence to Compliance and Regulations:

- Liaise with customers, lenders, banks and other financial service providers to properly understand the whole asset finance process and identify strategies to improve workflows and outcomes
- Review financier requirements and develop strategies to improve financier interactions and outcomes
- HubSpot Implementation:
Lead the implementation and onboarding of HubSpot within the organization.
Customize and configure HubSpot according to the company's specific needs and goals.
- Marketing Automation:
Create and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with the sales team to align HubSpot with their needs and objectives.
Implement and manage sales automation processes, including lead assignment and tracking.
- Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within HubSpot by regularly monitoring
Oversee data import/export processes and integrations with other software tools.
- Reporting and Analytics:
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing and sales metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing and sales performance.
- HubSpot Training and Support:
Train team members on HubSpot best practices and usage.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HubSpot users.
- HubSpot Integration:
Identify and implement integrations with other tools or platforms to enhance
HubSpot's functionality and data flow.
- Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
A/B test campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) from a group of 8 university or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices is necessary.

Required Experience:

- Must have at least a years experience in the asset finance industry and be familiar with lenders and lending policy
- Must be or be in the process of being a Chartered Financial Analyst
- Must have big four consulting experience
- Must be familiar with the use of HubSpot and Microsoft Excel

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bondi Junction, NSW 2022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Asset Finance: 1 year (preferred)
