Property Manager – Join Our Team

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and professional environment? We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience to independently manage a property portfolio.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Property Me software (not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of ACT property legislation
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Patience and a personable approach when assisting staff and clients
  • A commitment to following structured systems and procedures
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • A mature, professional approach to conflict resolution

  • Current NSW Real Estate Registration Certificate/License

  • Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia (must be able to provide evidence)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act and property legislation

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional service to clients. Our structured approach ensures that you can concentrate solely on property management without unnecessary distractions.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting periodic inspections & bond final inspections
  • Maintaining a low arrears rate
  • Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
