- Governance & Risk: advising on risk, privacy, and legislative changes; participating in internal committees as required

- The opportunity to advance your legal career, enjoying autonomy and impactful decision-making in a senior position
- Flexible work options, including up to 1 to 2 WFH days per week
- Monthly phone reimbursement
- Free onsite parking, modern open-plan offices, and end-of-trip facilities
- Annual professional development support and reimbursement of legal memberships
- A vibrant and welcoming workplace culture that encourages initiative and contribution & much more
Whats the ideal experience?
This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded, confident communicator with:
- 5+ years' PAE, ideally with heavy franchising exposure
- Experience in franchise law, including preparing disclosure documents and managing franchisee relationships
- Strong commercial contracting experience, with the ability to balance legal risk against business needs
- The confidence to work independently and interface with executives and cross-functional teams
- A collaborative and practical approach, and the ability to work at pace in a large, evolving business
- Senior Lawyers looking for Part-time are also encouraged to apply
