The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits a Physiotherapist to join our IOH team in Wollongong. You'll be part of an experienced physiotherapy team treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Our Physiotherapy services are provided on site in our Wollongong clinic, with referrals from both internal and external medical practitioners, as well as private patients.

The Day-to-Day

  • Treat musculoskeletal injuries, both work-related and non-work-related
  • Liaise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the management of work-related injuries, including Doctors, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists
  • Complete pre-employment musculoskeletal screening assessments
  • Deliver exercise prescription using the 
    GetBack
     spinal strengthening program

Essential Criteria

The successful applicant must have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • SIRA accreditation (or eligibility/willingness to obtain)
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Medicare Provider Number (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong patient and peer relationships
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills
