The practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing pelvic health issues.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist located in the Rockhampton/Yeppoon Area. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various pelvic health issues (including pre/postnatal, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/post-op care including gynaecological & prostate surgery). The physiotherapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

  • Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating pelvic health conditions
  • Experience in creating individualised treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy when needed
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience and post-grad training in pelvic health physiotherapy is highly desirable
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest research.
