The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Rotational Moulding Operators. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate rotational moulding machines to manufacture thermoplastic products in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner. Your role will ensure that product quality and productivity meet the high standards of Bushmans. Rosters rotate between day and night shift and flexible to accommodate a work life balance.

You'll also assist with the maintenance and upkeep of site equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.

We have casual positions available with the opportunity to move to a full time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate rotational moulding machines to produce quality products.
  • Follow safe work practices and adhere to quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining site equipment and performing periodic maintenance.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Valid high-risk work licence (Forklift) - Training packages provided if required
  • Physical fitness to lift and move up to 25kg regularly.
  • Right to live and work in Australia.
  • A check-able work history.

  • Willingness to undergo and pass drug and alcohol testing (initial and random).

Skills and Experience

  • A mechanical aptitude and interest.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Prior experience in rotational moulding is a bonus but not essential.
  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Factory experience is advantageous but not required.
