About the Role

Clark Tanks is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Dalby team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the efficient production of polyethylene water tank, industrial tanks, and agricultural products across our Dalby site, with occasional travel to our NSW branches. Your focus will be on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performance team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
  • Supervise and develop production staff through training, coaching, and cross-skilling.
  • Drive efficiency by monitoring output, consumables, and workflow to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, QMS, and product compliance requirements.
  • Conduct safety checks, audits, and actively improve shopfloor practices (including 5S).
  • Oversee quality control, review issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain equipment and assist in installations and breakdown support (excluding electrical/hydraulic).
  • Act as the link between management and production, reporting on performance and improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing supervision or leadership.
  • Certificate III or higher in Mechanical Engineering (or related trade qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Proven ability in fault-finding, diagnostics, and process improvement.
  • Skilled in people leadership – building capability, coaching, and fostering accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
