Job Description Test Manager:

Test Lead with Retail power apps experience

MS Power apps in Retail domain (Timesheet, Allowances, Cash Discrepancies, Staff Management and Staff Allocation)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for new and ongoing projects
  • Lead a team of QA engineers and testers, ensuring effective task allocation and mentoring
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and align test plans accordingly
  • Review and approve test cases, test scripts.
  • Review and approve automation frameworks (Nice to have)
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and defect tracking across all stages of testing
  • Conduct risk assessments and escalate quality issues as necessary
  • Manage test environments and coordinate test data requirements
  • Provide regular testing updates, metrics, reports and TSR to project stakeholders
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities
 

Required Skills
  • Proven experience in leading QA/testing teams across multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC), test methodologies, and QA tools (PractiTest, Jira, ALM)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with manual and automated testing approaches
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Postman, Soap UI, rest Assured, Selenium.
  • MS Power apps in Retail domain (Timesheet, Allowances, Cash Discrepancies, Staff Management and Staff Allocation)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Experience/Hands-on knowledge in Retail portfolio
