About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across complex projects and portfolios within the superannuation or financial services domain. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on test management expertise, and the ability to drive quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Manage all phases of testing including Unit, Integration, SIT, E2E, UAT, and Regression.

Test Management

  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Lead automation and performance testing initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project governance frameworks.

Domain Expertise

  • Apply strong knowledge of superannuation or financial services in designing and executing test scenarios.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Guide and support test teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities and mentor team members.

Portfolio & Budget Management

  • Manage testing across multiple projects within a portfolio.
  • Contribute to project budgeting and cost optimisation.

Integration & E2E Testing

  • Lead complex integration and end-to-end testing efforts across diverse systems and platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Test Management roles.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of end-to-end software testing and SDLC.
  • Proven expertise in Automation and Performance Testing management.
  • Solid knowledge of Integration, SIT, and E2E testing.
  • Experience managing testing at a portfolio level, including budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
  • Domain expertise in superannuation or financial services.
  • Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
