We're looking for a Full-Time Electrical Engineering Technician with the technical know-how and creative problem-solving skills to help deliver the next generation of custom and modular low voltage switchboards.

This is your chance to work with a passionate team, influence mission-critical designs, and leave your mark on projects that power Australia.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Innovative Design:

Assist engineers in developing and modifying electrical and mechanical designs using modular systems and custom-made switchboards.

Technical Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all designs meet strict standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Resource & Supply Coordination:

Assist in preparing assembly guidelines and documentation for the workshop, collaborate with engineers to resolve production issues, and provide feedback to improve designs and processes.

Quality Assurance:

Perform electrical testing and inspections to meet Australian Standards, while maintaining detailed records for each completed unit.

What You Bring to the Role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in low voltage switchboard engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for both custom and modular applications
  • Deep understanding of electrical schematics, drawings, and industry regulations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and team members
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success
