Forkhire is an Australian owned company specialising in Hire, Sales and Service of all materials handling equipment.

The company has rapidly grown and has been powering ahead. As a result, we are seeking mechanics from the automotive, plant or forklift industries to join our team.

We are accepting technicians/mechanics from all relevant trades and will support you through the transition & be open to learning and developing new skills.

Applicants with Light vehicle qualifications looking to up-skill are also considered for this position.

We have full-time positions available.

The role involves the following:

  • Working in a tight nit commercial team
  • Performing service and repairs to our expanding hire fleet being forklifts, access equipment, all terrain equipment, industrial electric tow vehicles
  • Field service reporting on completed maintenance jobs
  • Opportunities to grow and develop professionally in a rapidly growing business environment
  • Automotive trade qualification required
  • Work Safely within statutory OHS requirements
  • Working independently and within time constraints when needed
  • Must hold a current NSW drivers license
