Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AEM Full Stack Developer located in Sydney. The AEM Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications. Daily tasks include writing efficient code, testing software, debugging, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web solutions using
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    .
  • Work across the full stack —
    Java, React/Angular, REST APIs, and cloud services
    .
  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with
    AEM 6.x
    (components, templates, workflows, Sling, OSGi).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Java/J2EE
    and
    front-end frameworks (React/Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments
    (AWS/Azure).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
