Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled
AEM Frontend Developer
with strong expertise in frontend technologies and hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering frontend development work, ensuring seamless integration with AEM components, templates, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend components, templates, and client libraries within AEM.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and business teams to deliver responsive and high-performing web solutions.
  • Implement user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as
    Angular, , React
    , along with
    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    .
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ensure adherence to coding best practices, accessibility standards, and SEO guidelines.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend-related issues in AEM.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand user needs and pain points, translating them into intuitive and performant digital experiences.
  • Champion best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and testing
  • Mentor developers, sharing knowledge, guiding architecture decisions, and modelling best practices

Collaborate with:

  • Design team to bring UI/UX to life while offering technical feasibility input
  • Product Managers to define scope, user stories, and timelines
  • QA/Testers to ensure robust testing coverage and defect resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience in AEM frontend development
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+
    .
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as
    React
    ,
    JavaScript
    and

    .
  • Experience in building and customizing
    AEM components, templates, clientlibs, and dialogs
    .
  • Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of
    AEM architecture, workflows, and content authoring experience
    .
  • Comfortable with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
  • Experience building commercial grade Websites, Portals, Intranets etc
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of
    AEM as a Cloud Service
    .
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and version control (Git).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience working in a client facing role
  • Experience building Micro-Frontends would be highly regarded
