Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join our Sydney-based digital team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled software engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM applications, integrating with multiple systems, and creating high-quality digital experiences for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AEMaaCS solutions, including adaptive forms, form components, and site pages.
- Integrate AEM with downstream RESTful APIs to enable dynamic data interactions.
- Implement secure access patterns for forms using OAuth2 / SAML authentication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics for enhanced digital insights.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM data modeling, content architecture, and component development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to maintain seamless functionality.
- Document development processes, configuration settings, and integration approaches to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on development in AEM.
- Extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Deep understanding of AEM data models, data integration, adaptive forms, form components, and site page creation.
- Experience with forms development and OAuth2 / SAML authentication patterns.
- Proven experience integrating AEM with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
