About the Role:

We are seeking a 5 X Trade assistants for a a project with one of our clients in Geelong. This role involves the careful dismantling of structures, unscrewing and removing components, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely carry out demolition tasks.
  • Unscrew, remove, and disassemble components such as fixtures, fittings, and partitions.
  • Sort and dispose of materials according to safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the project.
  • Assist tradespeople as needed to support smooth project delivery.
  • Follow all OHS and site safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Construction white card
  • Own tools such as drills, hammers and crowbars.
  • Previous experience in demolition, construction, or labouring roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual labour tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
