Ochre Health is looking for an experienced GP VMO to provide GP services to Campbell Town, in Tasmania's midlands.
Located in the town's Community Health Centre alongside the hospital, the practice offers a range of health services including general family medical care, women's health, men's health, occupational medicine, travel advice and vaccinations, antenatal checks, childhood vaccinations, and workers' compensation. The hospital has capacity for 6 acute care patients and 20 residential aged care residents, and also facilitates broader community care including home visits to the surrounding area.
Ochre Health is one of Australia's leading General Practice organisations. Founded in 2002 by Dr Hamish Meldrum and Dr Ross Lamplugh in the NSW outback town of Bourke, Ochre is the only General Practice organisation in all MMM areas, from metro to remote Australia. Ochre now supports over 450 doctors, including 90 registrars.
