The Role:
The Enrolled Nurse strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
- Works within the multidisciplinary team to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative framework.
- Assists patients with daily cares including but not limited to medication management, ADL's and wound care.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team in both the sub-acute in-patient ward and aged care to provide high quality patient care to a variety of patients with varying medical requirements in line with NSQHS standards and AGED CARE standards.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, shift worker position, working up to 72 hours per fortnight, commencing from 10 November 2025.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:
$70,980 to $78,179 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type
Salary Packaging:
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Regional Allowances
- Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%
