About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Solicitor to join our Commercial Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-profile commercial disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of commercial litigation matters

  • Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, correspondence, and court documents

  • Assist in case preparation, strategy development, and client advisory

  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

  • Provide administrative and legal support to senior solicitors and partners

About You

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised institution

  • Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland (or pending admission)

  • Strong academic record, preferably with a focus on commercial law and litigation

  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills

  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and time management

  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team

  • Previous experience or internship in litigation or a commercial law environment (highly regarded, but not essential)
