An award-winning and established firm is looking for a proven Corporate Transactional Solicitor to be part of a small award-winning corporate/commercial team in a reputable practice. This role is based from their offices in the Eastbourne area, East Sussex (commutable from parts of West Sussex and Kent).

The successful candidate will sit between the widely respected Senior Equity Partner and Junior Solicitors as part of a high-achieving corporate/commercial team. This would suit a Solicitor with approximately 5 years PQE with experience of multi-million pound transactions, including M & A, corporate restructuring, and corporate refinancing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing professional services firm in a key role. This Corporate Solicitor role is paying £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits including death in service, pension & study support.
