About the Role

This is a fast-paced, multifaceted role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for our sales team. You'll manage front office operations, assist with quoting and order processing, and contribute to projects that elevate our professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations with guidance from the manager

  • Support the sales team with customer engagement, quotes, and order processing

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and reports

  • Maintain accurate records of customer, sales, and inventory data

  • Assist with stock control and inventory management

  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and staff

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

  • Compile sales reports and analyze data for growth opportunities

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflow

  • General administration including filing and documentation

  • Contribute to process improvement projects and software tools

  • Maintain and update databases regularly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Conscientious, diligent, and detail-oriented

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Analytical reasoning and ability to interpret technical instructions

  • Current valid driver's license required
