About the opportunity

We invite applications from experienced Account Executives to join the Global Brands team.

Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Global Brands Business Manager, your key focus will be on executing strategic account plans and supporting Global Brands Business Managers in building winning relationships and consistently driving sustainable and profitable growth.

In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:

  • Develop winning relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development, and update of the annual account plan for Platinum accounts.
  • Manage Platinum accounts and support the team to position Detpak as a supplier of choice ensuring 100% retention.
  • Drive growth and new business development pipelines for Platinum accounts and support the account team on major new business activity.
  • Develop and maintain baseline and promotional forecasts for Global Brands products.
  • Manage stock levels and aged stock targets with Group Supply Chain to ensure stock position is maintained.
  • Onboard new business & promotional items, including raising IQ and RFQ through salesforce and the authority to quote customers.
  • Raise sample requests as required and load forecasts and monitoring lead times to salesforce.

About you

What you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing customer accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The abilities to plan, prioritise and multi-task.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite and CRM packages, ideally Salesforce.
  • A customer centric approach and commitment to drive and deliver successful results.
