Cocomo + Co is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our vibrant, dog-loving team. We're after someone who takes pride in their coffee, brings great energy to service, and loves creating a warm, welcoming experience for our customers (and their pups).

Key responsibilities:

– Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently

– Deliver friendly and professional customer service

– Assist with all aspects of front-of-house operations including POS, food running, clearing and maintaining presentation standards

– Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

– Contribute to the positive, community-focused atmosphere that makes Cocomo + Co special

We're flexible with hours and will hire casually, but, also have full-time hours available, depending on the candidate.

What we're looking for:

– Minimum 1 year of barista experience, confident on the machine, grinder and with latte art

– Strong customer service skills and a genuine love for hospitality

– Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy café environment

– Team player who brings good energy and a proactive approach to each shift

– Must love dogs — they're part of our daily life at Cocomo + Co

Must Have:

– Experience in a similar café environment

– Availability across weekends, 6:15am opens and 5pm closes (shifts no longer than 8hrs)

If you're a confident, experienced barista/café all-rounder who loves great coffee, good people, and a regular wagging tail, we'd love to hear from you

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $32.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
