Barista/all Rounder

Cocomo + Co is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our vibrant, dog-loving team. We’re after someone who takes pride in their coffee, brings great energy to service, and loves creating a warm, welcoming experience for our customers (and their pups).

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with all aspects of front-of-house operations including POS, food running, clearing and maintaining presentation standards
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- Contribute to the positive, community-focused atmosphere that makes Cocomo + Co special

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience, confident on the machine, grinder and with latte art
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love for hospitality
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy café environment
- Team player who brings good energy and a proactive approach to each shift
- Must love dogs — they’re part of our daily life at Cocomo + Co

Must Have:

- Experience in a similar café environment
- Availability across weekends, 6:15am opens and 5pm closes (shifts no longer than 8hrs)

Pay: From $32.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
