Their products are extensively supplied throughout Australia and New Zealand to both hospitals and retail pharmacies. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supporting customers by processing orders, answering product or service related inquiries by email or phone
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst representing the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Contacting healthcare professionals to promote healthcare products
  • Answering product and service related questions in a fast an accurate manner
  • Entering all customer inquiries and requests into a database system
  • Advising customers of any changes relating to their orders, verifying pricing etc
  • Having a genuine interest in healthcare products/services and assisting healthcare professionals

ABOUT YOU

  • You will have 2+ years previous in a similar role/industry
  • You will be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
  • You will ideally have exposure to Salesforce
  • You will have strong communication and organisational skills
  • You will be a strong multi-tasker and be able to support others
  • You will be warm and bubbly with great customer service skills
  • You will be hands on, show initiative and impeccably detail orientated
  • You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
