Their products are extensively supplied throughout Australia and New Zealand to both hospitals and retail pharmacies. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Supporting customers by processing orders, answering product or service related inquiries by email or phone
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst representing the company in a positive and professional manner
- Contacting healthcare professionals to promote healthcare products
- Answering product and service related questions in a fast an accurate manner
- Entering all customer inquiries and requests into a database system
- Advising customers of any changes relating to their orders, verifying pricing etc
- Having a genuine interest in healthcare products/services and assisting healthcare professionals
ABOUT YOU
- You will have 2+ years previous in a similar role/industry
- You will be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- You will ideally have exposure to Salesforce
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will be a strong multi-tasker and be able to support others
- You will be warm and bubbly with great customer service skills
- You will be hands on, show initiative and impeccably detail orientated
- You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
