Based in Devonport office, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Training Facilitator to join our team in a full-time, part-time or casual capacity.

Our Training Facilitators play a crucial role in delivering a diverse range of accredited and non-accredited training programs to both corporate and public clients. Whether at our training facility or at client locations, you will provide courses in essential areas such as First-Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation, Low Voltage Rescue, and more.

Position Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
  • Experience in delivering accredited training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) setting, along with a comprehensive understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET).
  • Accurately maintain records of student attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Show flexibility with start and finish times and be willing to travel intrastate if required.
  • Have a strong foundation in IT skills, with the ability to resolve basic technical issues.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training to uphold qualifications and stay current in the industry
  • Experience in delivering first aid training would be advantageous, but not essential. We are committed to providing you with the necessary training to effectively deliver our programs.
