We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor at our Victoria's Secret Emporium store.

What you'll do:

  • Drive the visual presentation of the store to ensure an elevated customer experience
  • Implement seasonal floorsets, window displays, and marketing updates in line with brand guidelines
  • Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to execute innovative visual strategies that reflect brand DNA
  • Maintain a premium and cohesive store environment that inspires and delights our customers
  • Lead by example, coaching the team to deliver flawless execution of VM standards

What we're looking for:

  • Strong visual merchandising experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail
  • A keen eye for detail, styling, and storytelling through visuals
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A team player who inspires and motivates others through passion and creativity
