Your Role

You'll work directly with the founders to:

  • Lead the execution of epoxy flooring projects from prep to final finish
  • Ensure each job is completed to the highest standard—on time and on budget
  • Manage job sites, suppliers, and occasional subcontractors
  • Work closely with customers, delivering a professional experience at every touchpoint
  • Contribute to quoting, material selection, and scheduling for maximum efficiency
  • Document the workflow using industry leading tools to ensure quality control, and to allow the social media presence to be developed
  • Suggest and implement improvements to operations, workflow, and margins
  • Set the standard for future hires as the business grows
