What's the role?
As the Group Business Director, working across this patch of clients, you'll lead the client relationship on a day-to-day basis while managing the individual Business, Planning and Investment teams within their remit.
You'll report into the Managing Director & have a team of Business Directors through to Coordinators reporting into you, across the 3 clients in this patch. We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month contract intially with a high possibility of extension for the right person.
What will I be doing?
- Orchestrate the whole client patch, with the support of the Business Director.
- Lead the planning, investment and digital teams and ensure seamless running day to day.
- Lead the client relationships from a senior level and develop relationships with senior clients/media owners.
- Manage and develop key senior relationships with your client.
- Control and constantly drive the quality or your team's output in the creation of plans and buys that reflect the insights and the ideas shaped from them
- Manage the productivity and profitability of your group and business to the required levels, including setting and reviewing fee levels.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through existing or new business relationships.
- Develop and manage leadership task that benefits and serves the interests of the whole Agency.
- Manage ways of working, processes and operations both internally with the team and externally with the clients, creative agency and partners
Who are you?
- Good understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong client facing communication & presentation skills
- Client led experience
- Business revenue driving ability
- People leadership experience
- Ability to work on a fast-paced account with numerous different tasks at one time
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.
