About the role

Trojan Canopies is seeking an experienced Tray and Canopy Fitter / 12 Volt Installer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Tonsley, SA, this role will be responsible for the installation and customisation of trays, canopies and 12 volt accessories on a range of 4x4 and commercial vehicles.

What you'll be doing

  • Install and fit trays, canopies, suspension and other accessories on customer vehicles
  • Perform custom 12 volt electrical installations, including lighting, audio systems, dual batteries and power management
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting safety and quality standards
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working order
  • Support the wider team as needed with other general workshop duties

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Tray and Canopy Fitter or 12 Volt Installer, preferably in the 4x4 or automotive accessory industry
  • Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high quality installations
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical information
  • A current driver's licence and your own tools
  • A passion for 4x4 vehicles and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
