Autoglass Fitter Traineeship

Company Overview: Instant Windscreens is a well-established automotive business with over 35 years of experience. Due to continued growth and market demand, we seek Trainee Automotive Fitters to join our team at the Christies Beach Branch. Our focus on long-term development and culture means that we are committed to supporting the education and progression of our Trainee staff, which is key to our continued success.

Opportunity: This is a full-time traineeship opportunity with no minimum progression time required. Prove yourself and be rewarded quickly You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in a supportive environment with a renewed focus on learning and culture. We will provide you with a Cert III Qualification at no cost once you have become a qualified fitter. This is a rare opportunity to start from scratch and build a genuine career.

You will receive uniforms, windscreen-specific tools, and penalty rates for any overtime. Qualified Fitter Level includes a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card. You will get to work on various cars, including luxury vehicles.

• Ability to use power tools: Basic knowledge of using power tools is essential.
• Positive mindset and good for culture: We value a positive attitude and being a good team player.
• Physically fit: The role requires physical activity.
• Driver's license: A manual license is preferred.
