We're a proudly independent brewery built on the idea that beer should be for everyone. Since opening in 2016, we've been bringing people together over great food, great beer, and good times.

Our Collingwood Beer Hall is housed in a converted warehouse with an open brewery, leafy beer garden, and buzzing community vibe. Families, mates, and beer lovers all gather here to enjoy what we do best — quality craft beer, delicious food, and genuine hospitality.

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to our Head Chef — leading day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and supporting a fun, high-performing kitchen team.

You'll take ownership of:

• Preparing and delivering food to Stomping Ground's high standards
• Training, developing, and motivating your kitchen crew
• Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance
• Helping smash food GP and quality targets

We're after someone who loves the buzz of a busy service, leads with positivity, and shares our passion for great beer and food.

• 1–2 years' experience in a similar leadership role
• Certificate IV in Hospitality Management (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A calm, professional approach under pressure
• A genuine love for hospitality, people, and teamwork
