About the role

This full-time Client Service Coordinator position at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd is based in Forrestfield, WA 6058. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating client information in our database

  • Assisting with the preparation of client proposals, contracts, and other documentation

  • Ensuring that customers receive a full measure of service

  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service

  • Identifying opportunities to improve client service and administrative processes

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably in a professional services or sales environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
