We are now looking for motivated, engaging Business Advisor to join our team. You will be working in the new Self-Employment Assistance program, which supports individuals to build the skills and knowledge required to run their own commercially viable small business.

The role will be based at our Maroochydore office with travel to Noosa Ville, Caloundra and Nambour required. This is a full-time role and has the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO) option.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A recent clear National Police Check and current Blue card
  • Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
  • A strong understanding of small business operations
  • The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service
