Position Details - Customer Service RepresentativeAs we continue our growth and transformation journey in the region, we are looking to appoint a proactive, customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to be the front line of our customer experience at our Edinburgh Parks facility in SA.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — managing enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, bookings and reports.
You will work closely with Operations, Transport and other internal stakeholders to ensure our customers receive an exceptional and seamless experience.
This is a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication and strong organisational skills are essential. Every day is different—and every customer interaction matters.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for:
Providing positive, professional and timely support to customers—measured by strong Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) outcomes.
Managing customer bookings, data entry and order accuracy across WMS, TMS and Microsoft Office systems.
Ensuring accurate invoices, account verification and weekly/monthly reporting.
Supporting operations with inventory queries, escalating when required.
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and deepen customer relationships.
Coordinating special requests and problem-solving issues by navigating internal teams.
Ensuring compliance with FSANZ, HACCP, Approved Arrangement requirements and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
You will also play a key role in helping the team meet and exceed targets and continuously improve the customer experience.

Experience in a customer service or similar role (warehouse or logistics industry experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication—both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
Solid time management and organisational capability
Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills, with exposure to WMS/TMS an advantage
A proactive mindset focused on learning, growth and continuous improvement
