We specialise in community aged care and NDIS home visits, empowering our clients to take control of their health through functional, movement-based therapy that fits their everyday lives. Our approach is hands-on, person-centred, and focused on helping people live more active, independent lives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Visiting clients in their homes.
  • Creating and delivering personalised, exercise-focused programs.
  • Building strong, ongoing relationships to support long-term goals.
  • Collaborating with a supportive, like-minded team.
  • Contributing your ideas and creativity to truly change lives.

Who We're Looking For:

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree (or higher).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
  • Confident working independently in the community (with plenty of support behind you).
  • Excellent communicator and motivator.
  • Someone who enjoys variety, freedom, and being out on the road — not stuck in a clinic.
  • Driven by purpose, connection, and the desire to help people live better.
  • A team player who enjoys variety, independence, and contributing to something meaningful
