Franklins Plumbing is currently seeking qualified Plumbers with a minimum of 2 years' post-trade experience to join our growing team. With over three decades of proven success, we offer long-term job security and a wide variety of work that keeps your days interesting and rewarding.

About the Role

This is a mobile, full-time position covering the Sydney metropolitan area. You'll work independently on a range of plumbing tasks across government, commercial, and industrial sites. From small jobs to large-scale projects and maintenance contracts, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out plumbing works across various job sites

  • Handling commercial maintenance, fit-outs, and general plumbing services

  • Managing jobs independently and ensuring high-quality outcomes

  • Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Contributing to a team that values reliability, workmanship, and trust

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Plumber with at least 2 years of tradesman experience

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve onsite

  • A current driver's licence

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

  • Great communication skills and professionalism
