We are looking for experienced, highly organised, and self-motivated Personal

Assistant to join our highly talented team. We are situated at

4 Ozkleen Place, Yatala QLD 4207.

 Oversee the scheduling of appointments and diary management while

also arranging travel plans, including transport and accommodation.

 Manage incoming and outgoing mail, file correspondence systematically,

and maintain accurate and accessible records.

 Convert dictated notes into accurate business correspondence, letters,

and formal documents.

 Support administrative efficiency by guiding and supervising secretarial

and clerical staff when required.

 Prepare management reports, briefing notes, memoranda,

correspondence, and other documents by gathering and analysing

relevant information.

 Ensure the safekeeping of confidential company records through secure

filing systems and controlled access.

 Handle telephone communications by screening calls, addressing routine

inquiries, and forwarding complex issues to appropriate staff.

 Act as the central point of contact between management and staff,

ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the business.

 Provide administrative support during meetings by organising agendas,

recording detailed minutes, and circulating action items.

Skills and Experience:

 Diploma level qualification is required.

 The candidate must have at least 3 years' relevant experience.

 Friendly, positive & approachable attitude.

 To be energetic & motivated.

 Able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
