About Us:

We're a fast-paced growing signage company delivering high-quality visual branding solutions across a wide range of industries. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Room Operator / Signage Manufacturer to assist our signage workflow.

Role Overview:

As a Print Room Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining large-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring signage materials are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters
• Prepare artwork files for print using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign)
• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot issues
• Manage stock levels of print media and consumables
• Maintain a clean and organised print room
• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience in signage or print production (preferred)
• Familiarity with large-format printing equipment and materials
• Basic graphic design skills and file setup knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
